Return of goods

Please make sure to note all information about the return and the invoice we added to the box you got with your purchase.
Add this invoice with all given information about the reason for its return to your return shipment.

We grant you a right to return your purchasment within the first two weeks after delivery under the following conditions:


Right to return:
Within the first to weeks after you got your product, you are allowed to return the purchased goods without
any details about the reasons for your return. The respite begins with receipt of this notational admonition (e.g.
via letter, E-Mail, etc.), but not before you really gained your goods. In exceptional case of ordering goods that
are not able to be shipped with standard parcel services (e.g. voluminous goods), you are allowed to arrange the
return in textual form. A punctual return within the given time period of two weeks ensures you to observe the
respite. A return happens on our costs or dangers at a value of goods of 40,-EUR or more. Therefor we offer you a
collection through our logistic partner UPS if needed. In case of assigning the return of a package by yourself, we indicate
you to ship the return with insurance at our address. We do not warrant for returns, which have not been insured
and came NOT the way back to our written address.

Consequences of return:
In case of a successful return both gained benefits have to be granted back; possibly achieved advantages
need to be released. In case of degradation of goods compensation can be charged. This is not the case,
if degradation happened while inspection of goods - equal to how it could be done in a local store.
Your return will probably be more successful if you treat the achieved goods not as if they were already
your property, but at least if you avoid everything that could degrade the value of the product.
We refund already transacted payments - if the process of returning has been started legally - within 14 days,
as soon as a customer causes the return of his purchasement.


Outside Germany:
Sure there also exists the right to return within 14 days from the day you achieved your order.
You have to pay the costs for a return outside of Germany by yourself! Please make sure your
shipment is sufficient stamped. For unsufficient stamped returns we do reserve from the right
to deduct the incurred shipment costs from your amount of refund. The incurred costs for
transactions to bank institutes located in foreign countries have to be payed by the customer.
The terms and conditions for customers from foreign countries are the same as explained above,
except of the given points in this paragraph.

Refund of costs for reversal transfer   

In case of getting a refund or retransfer from us, please ensure to write down your bank information
with every return! If there is no alternative article that you are maybe interested in, we will refund
the amount of the return within 7 days to the given bank account.

We do not pay for trading charges of refunds we retransfer bank accounts located in foreign countries!
You have to pay for the whole amount of remittance fee!
